The Fund for Scientific Research-FNRS and the Research Foundation - Flanders (FWO) will grant, in 2025, the Prize of the Centre d'études Princesse Joséphine-Charlotte for scientific research against viral infections.
Main features of the Prize
- The Prize rewards a scientific research achievement in the field of viral infections, in connection with health.
- Amount: 12.500 € for personal use.
- The Prize can reward a scientific research performed by a team. In this case, the Prize money will be divided equally between each member of the team.
Eligible applicants
- Candidates must be of at least postdoctoral level.
- Candidates must be affiliated, at the submission deadline, to a university of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, a university of the Flemish Community, or a Federal or Regional Research Center active in biomedical research.
Call timeline
- Opening of the call: December 4, 2024
- Deadline of the call: March 10, 2025
- Panel meeting: May/June 2025
