On the initiative of the Lambertine Lacroix Foundation, the Fund for Scientific Research-FNRS will grant, in 2025, an Award in the field of oncology to a researcher affiliated to a university of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels.
Main features
- Reward a particularly deserving researcher for a fundamental research work in oncology, with translational implications.
- Amount: 30.000 € for personnal use.
Eligible applicants
- Applicants must be affiliated, at the deadline of the call, to a University of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels, an eligible University Hospital or an eligible Research Institute (cf. annex to the regulations).
- Applicants must hold a university degree and cannot have reached the age of 51 at the deadline of the call. This age limit can be extended by one year for each maternity leave since the first year of the PhD.
- Joint applications are not allowed.
- Researchers who have already received a Lambertine Lacroix Award or a personal Award of equal or superior amount are not eligible.
