Tournesol PHC
The Hubert Curien Partnership (PHC) Tournesol makes it possible to develop scientific and technological cooperation between higher education and research establishments in Wallonia-Brussels and France, in the field of fundamental research. The resources granted cover the mobility and living expenses of researchers selected as part of joint projects. The funded missions are short-term, of the order of one to two weeks per year and per project. The duration of the projects is two years maximum.

Financing description
The means granted by grant are a maximum funding for mobility (international and local), living expenses (accommodation and food) and registration fees. This funding is granted on an annual basis and must be consumed between January 1 and December 31 of the year concerned. It covers exclusively, for the part financed by WBI and the FNRS, the travel, stays and registration fees of researchers from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation in France (French researchers are financed by the French side). Promoters from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation must be attached to a university. Researchers from higher education institutions can join as co-promoter in projects submitted by a project leader from a university.
Applications
Applications from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation must be submitted exclusively via the platform E-Space of the FNRS. The file must be submitted in France also. It is therefore imperative to ensure that your French partner submits the application on the French side via Campus France .
