Financing description

Main features

  • Reward a particularly deserving researcher for a fundamental research work on cardiovascular diseases, with translational implications.  
  • Amount: 30.000 €.

Eligible applicants

  • Applicants must be affiliated, at the deadline of the call, to a University of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels.
  • Applicants must hold a university degree and cannot have reached the age of 51 at the deadline of the call. This age limit can be extended by one year for each maternity leave since the first year of the PhD.
  • Joint applications are not allowed.
  • Researchers who have already received a Lambertine Lacroix Award or a personal Award of equal or superior amount are not eligible.

  • Deadline of the call: 2 October 2023
  • Jury meeting: December 2023
