Scientific Meeting Organization - Submission Guidelines

Eligibility:

Consult the rules for organizing a scientific meeting (only in FR) before applying.

Introduction deadline:

 Any request for the organization of a scientific meeting must be submitted at least four months before the opening date of the planned congress.

Certain documents from your file may be submitted after validation of the request on e-space (see list of required annexes below).

How to submit a request:

Submission of the electronic form only via the e-space platform:

  • Link to the site:  https://e-space.frs-fnrs.be
  • Select the “Organization of a scientific meeting” instrument
  • No paper or email forms will be accepted. .

Content:

Your request consists of the following parts:

Financing:

The credits granted cannot exceed an amount of 3,500 euros and can only cover:

  • The material organization of the congress;
  • Interpreting and secretarial costs (including programs, posters);
  • Travel and subsistence expenses for foreign speakers.

Validation:

After validation, you automatically receive an email confirming the submission of your request (possibly check your spam folder).
