Project duration and maximum budget

The maximum amount of requested funding per project is 300,000 EUR for a total period of 3 years.

Eligibility rules

All eligibility rules and criteria can be found in the PINT-MULTI regulations. This call is co-funded.

The F.R.S.-FNRS only participates in topics 15mCity and Circular Urban Economy (CUE). The F.R.S.-FNRS only funds Research Oriented Approach (ROA) type projects.

Forms to be submitted

Applicants to F.R.S.-FNRS funding must submit an administrative application on e-space within 5 working days after the general deadline of the DUT call to be eligible . Please select the “PINT-MULTI” funding instrument when creating the administrative application.

Admitted costs

For the administrative application on e-space, costs such as “Consumables”, “Travel”, and “Other” should all be included in the “operating expenses” category in the form.

Overhead costs

For “overhead” costs:

  • Operating expenses: up to 1% within the granted budget. This percentage should be included in the requested operating budget.
  • Personnel: up to 2% outside of the granted budget. This percentage will be paid upon reimbursement of expenses to institutions by the F.R.S.-FNRS.
