FNRS Gender Working Group
The F.R.S.-FNRS Gender working group is responsible for writing and, after approval of these by the Fund Board of Directors , from the implementation of gender equality plans successive Fund, under the aegis of the coordinator of the Gender Equality Plan.
These Plans affect all people working at the FNRS: members of management , The administrative staff members or the agents . This is why these three categories are represented within the Gender Working Group (GdT Gender), while seeking a balance between women and men, between the administrative services of the Fund represented and between the areas of specialization and host institutions of FNRS agents, as can be seen in the table below.
