Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must have publicly defended their PhD thesis in 2022 at a university of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels or the Royal Military Academy
- Candidates must be affiliated to a recognized university (within or outside the Federation Wallonia-Brussels) on the date of the submission deadline
