The procedure of submitting a request under a bilateral agreement is carried out online via the e-space platform.

- Identification of the FWB Principal Investigator

Composition of the consortium
- Information on FWB co-sponsors
- Information on Foreign Principal Investigators
- CVs of the stakeholders: Belgian and foreign promoters, Belgian and foreign researchers who will participate in the missions (if their identity is already known)
- Description of the project
- Acronym, title and abstract
- Detailed description of the project using the available template document
- Budget
