Eligibility:
Consult the regulation for the organisation of a scientific meeting (only in FR) before applying.
Submission deadline:
Any request for the organisation of a scientific meeting must be submitted at least four months before the opening date of the planned congress.
Certain sections of your application may be submitted after validation of the request on e-space (see List of the required attachments below - only in FR).
How to submit a request:
The electronic form must be submitted exclusively using the e-space platform:
- Link to the website: https://e-space.frs-fnrs.be
- Select “Organisation of a scientific meeting”
- No paper form or one sent by e-mail will be accepted.

Your request must comprise the following elements:
- An electronic form
- Mandatory annexes:
- Organisation of a scientific meeting: list of the required attachments (only in FR)
Funding:
The credits granted may not be in excess of 3,500 euros and may cover only the following:
- the material organisation of the congress;
- interpreting and secretariat costs (including programmes and posters);
- the travelling and lodging expenses of foreign speakers.
Validation:
After validation, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming submission of your request (check your spam box if necessary).
