Accords bilatéraux conclus avec des institutions-sœurs

Bilateral agreements concluded with sister institutions

Fundamental research is based on border-free networks. The F.R.S.-FNRS encourages scientific collaborations between the researchers of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and their counterparts abroad. For this purpose, bilateral agreements on scientific cooperation have been concluded with sister institutions worldwide, designed to assist the circulation of researchers, promote the constitution of poles of excellence and support the creation of new research areas.

There are two types of agreements:

    • strictly bilateral agreements. Please address your questions to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
This kind of request should be made only on e-space, the platform managing calls for proposals. See Bilateral agreements – Practical details.
    • agreements involving a third party: Wallonie-Bruxelles International (WBI), the public administration in charge of international relations for Wallonia-Brussels. Please address your questions to: This email address is being protected from spambots.
