Project duration

The maximum amount of requested funding per project is 300.000 EUR for a total period of three years.

Eligibility rules

All eligibility rules and criteria can be found in the PINT-MULTI regulations. This call is co-funded (See article III.6)

Forms to be submitted

Applicants to F.R.S.-FNRS funding must provide basic administrative data by submitting an administrative application on e-space within 5 working days after the general deadline of the SBEPcall to be eligible. Please select the “PINT-MULTI” funding instrument when creating the administrative application.

Non-permissible costs

“Overhead” is not an eligible cost. If the project is selected for funding, these costs will be subject to a separate agreement between the institution of the beneficiary and the F.R.S.-FNRS.

Weave 2023 launched at a joint FNRS - FWO information session

The FNRS and the FWO co-organized a virtual information session for the implementation of the Weave initiative in 2023 on January 23 with the participation of about 250 Belgian researchers. You can find the presentation (recording and presentation) that explains how the FNRS implements the participation of FWB researchers in the calls of the partners (see call calendar) DFG (Germany), FNR (Luxembourg), FWO (Flanders), and SNSF (Switzerland), as well as the modalities of participation of these partners in the PDR 2023 call (launch mid-May 2023) of the FNRS. An FAQ based on the many questions that were asked will be published soon.

A Weave information session was held on January 23, 2023. You can find the presentation and Q&A (coming soon) that explains how the F.R.S.-FNRS implements the DFG, FNR, FWO, and SNSF partner calls.

Project duration

The maximum amount of requested funding per project is 200.000 EUR for a total period of three years. If the project involves the recruitment of a PhD student, the project duration of the F.R.S.-FNRS sub-project could be up to four years.

Eligibility rules

All eligibility rules and criteria can be found in the PINT-MULTI regulationsThis call is NOT co-funded (see article III.6).
